About Tina O'Sullivan
Tina is a Senior Associate in the Employment, Pensions and Benefits Group at Matheson. Tina advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. Her work includes advising on senior executive appointments and termination, redundancy and general severance processes, defence work in contentious employment litigation matters and advising on employment aspects of commercial transactions.
She also advises on the general preparation and review of employment contracts, company handbooks and human resource policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and best practice. Tina also advises on employment-related immigration issues, from an Irish law perspective.
