About Triona Sugrue
Triona a Senior Associate in the Employment Law Group at A&L Goodbody and advises clients in the public and private sector on all aspects of the employment relationship, contentious and non-contentious.
Representing clients in all industrial relations bodies, before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and Civil Courts. Experienced in advising on employment issues arising in corporate restructuring, including in particular transfer of undertakings and management of collective redundancies.
Providing on-going support to businesses in relation to matters such as internal re-organisations, industrial relations, terminations, disciplinary proceedings and investigations and audits of employment related documentation.
Triona also lectures on the Employment Law Diploma course at the Law Society of Ireland.
