About Breda O'Malley
Breda O'Malley is a Partner, Head of Employment and Workplace Mediator at Hayes Solicitors, a medium sized city based commercial law firm. Breda leads the Employment Law Department in Hayes and she represents several blue chip multinational companies, Irish SMEs, public sector organisations, trade unions and nationwide charities on the full spectrum of employment law and industrial relations issues. Breda also oversees commercial transactions in the firm including outsourcing, mergers and joint ventures. This affords Breda the opportunity to sharpen her commercial negotiation skills and to be on the front line of commercial transactions, where Transfer Regulations are of practical relevance.
Breda is an accredited Mediator. She has mediated several workplace and commercial disputes. She is a Council Member of the Irish Commercial Mediators Association.
