About The Employment Law Team at CKT
CKT’s employment team provides a bespoke service to meet the needs of our employer and employee clients alike. As part of our employment law service to Client we advise on all aspects of employment law to include legislative obligations for employers and statutory rights of employees, we prepare bespoke Employment Contract templates, employee handbooks and policies for Clients, and we also regularly represent Clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the civil Courts.
At CKT, we pride ourselves on our ability to listen and to understand what our clients require. We have the ability to deliver that service in a timely and cost effective way. As advisors to State bodies, Schools, Universities, large corporations and small companies, we ensure that our advice is tailor-made to each individual business’ requirements.
Whilst the majority of our clients are employers, we also regularly represent high-level employees and offer an understanding that allows us to see both sides of every situation.
Our solicitors are involved from the recruitment of employees to their termination if necessary.
Our Clients appreciate that our non-contentious advisory work significantly limits our client’s exposure to contentious issues in the workplace.
