Handling Workplace Grievances
The workplace can and has become more “aggrieved”. Organisational change, individual personality types, team dynamics, work demands, “bullying bosses”, unrealistic expectations, stress – to name but a few – can lead to the “aggrieved” employee(s). How can grievances and complaints be responded to quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily?

Michele Berry has been a self-employed employment relations consultant working across all sectors since 1999 and is Director of Charis Consultancy Services based in Belfast. She works extensively in dispute resolution through the delivery of mediation, arbitration, independent appeals and investigation services. Michele is a highly experienced Mediator and is a Certified Practitioner with the Mediation Ireland Institute (MII) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She holds a Level 7 Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice through the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).
