Shirley is a member of the Employment Lawyers Group, Employment Lawyers Association and the NI contributory author of the book "Professional Secrecy of Lawyers in Europe". Shirley represents the NICC on the NI Employment Relations Roundtable. She is a qualified Solicitor Advocate.
