ByrneWallace is recognised as Ireland’s top legal adviser to the Irish public sector

The Excellence in Business Awards, presented annually by Public Sector Magazine, are awarded to companies and key service providers who demonstrate outstanding service, continuity, track record and general excellence in business support to the Public Sector, Irish companies, and to the people of Ireland.

ByrneWallace has worked with a considerable number of public sector organisations and has a 25 year history of providing legal services support and specialist advice to the public sector. This includes services and support in employment law, industrial relations, regulatory issues, dispute resolution, investigations and enquiries, data protection, freedom of information, IP, corporate and real estate to name a few. The firm also has a long history advising this sector on construction law, public procurement and Health & Safety issues, and recently expanded and strengthened its offering in this area with the appointment of new partner and Head of Construction, Martin Cooney.
