ByrneWallace is pleased to announce that the firm has been awarded two Excellence in Business Awards, Top Legal Adviser and Top Construction Team, in recognition of the firm’s outstanding work advising and representing the Irish Public Sector.

ByrneWallace Public Sector AwardThe Excellence in Business Awards, presented annually by Public Sector Magazine, are awarded to companies and key service providers who demonstrate outstanding service, continuity, track record and general excellence in business support to the Public Sector, Irish companies, and to the people of Ireland.

Commenting on the Awards, Catherine Guy ,Managing Partner said, ”We have been working with many organisations and people in the public sector for over 25 years and have developed a strong understanding of the environment in which public sector bodies operate, and the particular challenges with which they deal.

ByrneWallace has worked with a considerable number of public sector organisations and has a 25 year history of providing legal services support and specialist advice to the public sector.  This includes services and support in employment law, industrial relations, regulatory issues, dispute resolution, investigations and enquiries, data protection, freedom of information, IP, corporate and real estate to name a few.  The firm also has a long history advising this sector on construction law, public procurement and Health & Safety issues, and recently expanded and strengthened its offering in this area with the appointment of new partner and Head of Construction, Martin Cooney.
