About Ciara O'Kennedy
Ciara is a partner in the Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefit team of LK Shields Solicitors, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues with significant experience in resolving complex and sensitive disputes involving senior executives and employee shareholders, to include the negotiation of senior management exits and advising on all aspects of corporate governance issues associated with such exits. Ciara’s work requires her to regularly represent clients before the High Court and the Work Place Relations Commission.
Ciara is the current Chair of the Employment Committee of the Dublin Solicitor’s Bar Association and was influential in setting up this Committee in 2017. Ciara is also currently also a council member of the DSBA and is a member of Employment Law Association of Ireland and regularly lectures on topical employment issues.
