About Claes Peyron
Claes has been with Universum since 2010 and in his role he advices organizations on how to leverage their employer brands and secure current and future talent needs. Claes is also a regular speaker on employer branding and talent trends conferences around the world. In addition, he leads Employer Branding Academy, Universum’s training offer. Prior to joining Universum, Claes was the Managing Director of the marketing strategy firm Marketing Clinic and before that he spent several years in executive positions in the IT and Media sector, incl 5 years with MTG.
