About Eimear Herron
Eimear is a Senior Reward Consultant within the Talent and Reward Practice of Willis Towers Watson in Dublin. Eimear specialises in the areas of reward strategy & design, market benchmarking, and designing base and variable pay management structures. Eimear has a Bachelor of Civil Law and a post-graduate diploma in Business Studies (both from UCD) and is a member of CIPD.
Before joining Towers Watson, Eimear was HR Manager at The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD) where she established the HR function, overseeing all HR activities including reward structures, employee relations and leadership and development. Prior to The CCD, Eimear was Reward Manager with C&C Group plc. She has also held senior HR positions within the multinational high-technology and property development environment.
