Karen is the founder of Employflex and Employmum; a flexible recruitment agency with offices in Cork and Limerick (and soon Dublin). Award winning Employflex are experts in helping companies implement flexible work strategies and finding flexible work for their candidates. A qualified ACCA accountant Karen moved back to West Cork after 20 years living abroad and loves being at the forefront of the #flexiblework revolution. Karen has an extensive knowledge of business having previously owned property consultancy Bidsinfrance in the South of France and The French Tour Co.
