About Kevin Empey
Kevin Empey has specialised in organisational, HR and leadership development for the last 25 years.
Before setting up WorkMatters, Kevin led the HR and Talent consulting practice for Willis Towers Watson in Ireland from 2002 to 2015 where the main focus of his work was in helping clients manage the organisational and people issues associated with major business and organisational change.
In more recent years, Kevin has specialised in supporting organisations, senior leaders and employees in preparing for rapidly changing business models and the future workplace. Prior to his consulting career, Kevin had a background in information technology, business and leadership development. He is a former member of TLAC and is a current member of the Labour Market Advisory Council as well as the National Committee of the CIPD.
A keen labour market activist, Kevin founded Worklink in 2010 as a national, voluntary mentoring and coaching organisation to assist unemployed job seekers find employment.
