About Killian O’Reilly
Killian has represented clients in the commercial, insurance, retail and aviation sectors over the last 15 years and regularly advises on litigation and employment issues for some of Ireland’s most successful organisations in the aviation and retail sectors. He regularly represents clients at all Court levels and before employment tribunals and forums and frequently advises insurers and self-insured commercial organisations with regard to employment and litigation dispute matters. Killian has developed an active interest in mediation. He is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and he is the Secretary of the Irish Commercial Mediators Association.
