About Mary Connelly
Always passionate about HR and experienced in the particular challenges and rewards of the third level sector, Mary Connelly is proud to contribute her expertise to National College of Ireland’s mission to change lives through education. Since taking up the role of Director of HR in 2019, she has worked with her team to provide a comprehensive range of human resources services, promoting and offering practical clarifications of the supports available to all staff, and encouraging inclusivity, equality, diversity and integrity. Drawing from NCI’s core values, the HR team strives to create online and offline community spaces for communication and shared experience, and centre wellness at the heart of NCI’s working life.
