About Patrick McClean
Patrick McClean is a Partner in the ByrneWallace Health and Social Care Team. Patrick specialises in Child Care Law, and represents the Child and Family Agency in contested District Court proceedings. Furthermore, Patrick has experience in advising the Child and Family Agency in in relation to fair procedures requirements of abuse allegations. Before joining ByrneWallace, Patrick was a member of the judicial review section of the Chief State Solicitor’s Office dealing exclusively with High Court and Supreme Court litigation.
