About Regan O'Driscoll
Regan is a Partner, specialising in employment law. She advises employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship, both contentious and non-contentious. This includes advising on compliance with Irish law and/or best practice in respect of contractual documentation, day-to-day employee relations matters, data protection, HR policies and procedures, corporate restructurings and business immigration. She provides practical guidance in respect of transfers of undertakings, internal investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, discrimination claims, complaints of bullying and harassment in the workplace, as well as penalisation for protected disclosures, and workplace stress claims. She regularly advises in relation to the negotiated terminations of senior executives.
Regan also has significant litigation experience. She conducts her own advocacy in employment matters before the Workplace Relations Commission, and case manages injunctions, breach of contract, personal injury and judicial review proceedings in the Superior Courts.
Regan holds a Bachelor of Civil Law as well as Diplomas in Business Studies and Employment Law from University College Dublin, and MAs in literature from both UCD and the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining CC Solicitors, Regan spent several years in the employment team of a large Irish commercial law firm and also worked in the Dublin office of a UK defence litigation firm. She is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, Employment Law Association of Ireland and the European Employment Lawyers Association.
